1. Services Offered

We provide custom embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, and logo design services. All products are made to order based on customer specifications.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but we honor pricing on confirmed orders.

3. Design Approval

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork and mockups before production.

  • Once approved, Grace and Glory Supply Co. is not liable for any errors (spelling, colors, sizing, etc.) in the final product.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround times vary by order size and design complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of ordering.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer local pickup and shipping.

  • Shipping costs and timelines will be provided during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

7. Intellectual Property

  • By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the rights to use all graphics, logos, or text included.

  • We reserve the right to decline any designs that contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content.

8. Faith Statement

We are a Christian-owned business guided by Colossians 3:23. We welcome all customers and all types of custom projects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grace and Glory Supply Co. is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
